Not settled on what my next painting would be, I put it out to the universe "what should I paint next", and everywhere I went I saw geese flying overhead, landing close by me, crossing the road in front me. I was so amazed how quickly I received a response to my question, I delved further into the spiritual meaning of this, and found it can signify one's readiness for a new phase or journey in life. I knew now what to paint next when we arrived at our favorite lake at sunset and the geese were guiding me to the next phase of my watercolor journey.
